Somemeringue cookies are disgusting—The gross ones have a kind of a chalk likeappearance and teeth grinding chew for the texture. The following recipe makes a chewy meringue—crunchy on the outside andchewy on the inside. You can omit the cocoa powder and make a whitemeringue with chocolate chips inside. OR add green food coloring and a bit of peppermint extract to make chocolate mint meringues-
