gluten free French/Parisian macaroons! Holiday cookie #6

I admit these cookies look scary to make--but they are not! Simple, OK, not exactly simple instructions--but easy enough to follow- and fun to make! I made chocolate but I will instruct how to make colored macaroons also. Use your favorite frosting/filling to be as creative as you like.  These cookies when made right have a crunchy outside and a soft chewy inside--if you follow the instructions--you will make perfect Parisian macaroons!  Enjoy--
 
french macarons have the little "foot" at the bottom after baking!
